Refund & Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products, within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

How to request a return Email hello@kunna-wellness.my with your order number and reason for return. Products must be sealed and in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Damaged or faulty on arrival Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the parcel and product — we will replace it free of charge.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees and COD fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
